The journey towards a Spirit-Formed life can be summed up in four key phases:
1. Be Spirit-Born – Turn from sin, trust Jesus as Savior and Lord, declare faith through baptism. This foundational step launches the journey.
2. Be Spirit-Filled – Receive the power of the promised Holy Spirit, enabling dynamic worship and effective service.
3. Be Spirit-Led – Surrender to the Spirit’s guidance, aligning with God’s purposes. This crucial mindset shift propels growth.
4. Be Spirit-Formed – Recognize new birth and Spirit-fullness are starting points for lifelong discipleship. Let the Spirit continue to transform you.
Spirit-Formed living transcends culture and time. It defined normal Christian living in the early Church, and still does today.
